3 tablesppons butter
1/3 cup splender
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup soy flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
4-5 tablespoons of water
1/2 cup nuts
Mix the butter & sugar together. Blend in the vanilla. Stir
together the dry ingredients three times (this add volume to the
flour) Add this to the butter mixture.
Add water and mix again, add the nuts. Form the dough into a roll
and chill for 2 hours. Cut into thin slices and bake on a butter
cookie sheet at 325 for 15 minutes.
