8 pounds fully-cooked ham
8 whole cloves
1/3 cup Atkins Sugar-Free Pancake Syrup
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Slice
the ham thinly for extra tenderness and fan out on a platter for
extra eye-appeal.
Heat
oven to 325°F. With a sharp knife, lightly score surface of
ham in a diamond pattern, insert cloves. Place ham on a rack in
a shallow roasting pan.
Mix
syrup and mustard in a small bowl until blended. Brush mixture
over ham. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours until a meat thermometer registers
140ºF. Baste ham with glaze occasionally during baking time.
