Sausage Balls

- 1/2 cup CarbSense baking mix
- 1/2 pound bulk sausage
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese - grated
- 1/4 cup half & half
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
Stir together all ingredients in medium mixing bowl (may need to use hands). Shape into 24 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
Makes 24 balls.
Each ball: 89 calories, 7.5 g fat, .5 g carbs, .2 g fiber, 4.8 g protein
