Kariel's Oriental Beef

Pepperoni cut in thin strips
1/2 pound bulk sausage
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cabbage head -- small head, sliced thin
waterchestnuts
bamboo shoots (optional)
salt/pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 pinch ginger
Sauce:
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar

Fry sausage and burger with onions, celery & cabbage until
done. Drain. Add spices and rest of ingredients.
Add sauce to cooked meat & vegies. Heat through.

note: you can ommit sugar, and actually corn starch if desired.

  note from Tiffany: use Splenda instead !
