Keto Frosted Flakes
When I was a child, I was addicted to those flakes represented by a tiger. But I couldn't outrun the weight effects of the beast as I grew older. Now, finally, someone has created a cereal that won't pack on the pounds but will satisfy my craving for a sweet and crunchy breakfast. They're great as a dry snack while watching a movie, but even better with Keto Milk or diluted Half-n-Half or Heavy Cream. I highly recommend them! Available at Keto/LifeServices, or at Carbsmart.
Keto Pizza Dough
This product gets a rave review for its flavor, versatility, and ability to satisfy a pizza craving! There have been many pizza dough imitations on the market, but Life Services has created a great low-carb solution that doesn't send you running in fear. Though the directions advise you to only use 1 tsp. of melted butter, we found that 2 tbsp. helps tremendously. Also - there is no mention of allowing the dough to rise. If you've got a warm nook and a few extra minutes, it would greatly benefit the texture of this dough to let it stand a while. An entire pizza only has only 16g of Effective Carbs! Keto Ready-to-Drink Shakes
I have to say honestly that I could not drink more than 3 sips of the Chocolate shake. It was fully chilled (and fresh from the local healthfood store, who had just gotten their shipment in.) I found it grainy and the taste was not to my liking. I've heard others say they absolutely love them. At the time of writing this review, Keto/LifeServices was giving free samples away with orders. If you can get it free, I recommend making your own evaluation. I'll stick to the Atkins shakes.
Keto Crisp Cereal
 Well, Life Services has done it! This crunchy rice-like breakfast item is sure to please the cereal-lover. Keto Crisp tastes a lot like Rice Krispies without the sweetener. And Keto Cocoa Crisp tastes exactly like Cocoa Krispies. In diluted heavy cream, or Keto Milk, you'll swear you're eating the real thing. Keto Chips
  A crunchy snack with only 3g carbs per serving! Great for dipping, as they get a little grainy after you have a few. We tried the Nacho cheese flavor. They have quite a bit of corn taste to them and taste somewhere between a Dorito and a normal tortilla chip. They are round, and come in a large bag like Doritos. We didn't have a chance to try, but we think they'd make great nachos if baked in the oven. Recipe coming soon.
