2 :
Well,
the sugar cravings really aren't too bad this time. Perhaps
because I'm taking the Atkins vitamins, which contain
chromium to help bury cravings, and help speed up the
ketosis. I am really happy that I lost 2.5 lbs in one
day! I'm already feeling really excited and happy to be
LC'ing again. It took my a while to get up the guts to
do it. What pushed me to the edge? Well, two nights ago,
my Fibromyalgia was so bad, my knees would painfully lock
if I bent them for more than 2 minutes. That was my last
straw. I'd much rather be pain-free. And so far, low-carbing
is the only way I've found to achieve that. So why not
lose all the extra weight (which is also causing knee
problems) and feel good at the same time!?

- 2 1/2 pieces Cod fish fried (with egg and wheat flour
batter, lemon juice,) 8oz. water (10g)

- 1 Atkins Basic #3 vitamin, 1 Orthotricyclene tablet,
50mg Zoloft, 8oz. water

Symptoms:
The light-headedness is gone. Felt a little weak and tired
this afternoon, but it passed after I took a vitamin.
Feeling quite dehydrated, but can't bring myself to drink
any more water than I already am.
