My God - I actually started dieting today!!!! Here's
how Day 1 went:
8:00am
- weight: 165
8:30am
- 1 Atkins Basic #3 vitamin,
6oz. of water.
11:30am
- 1 celery stalk with dip (cream cheese and onion soup
mix.) (4g)
12:30pm
- 8 Pepperoni chunks with cheddar and monterey jack cheeses.
(2g), 8oz. of water
4:00pm
- 1 Atkins Basic #3 vitamin, 1 Atkins Almond Brownie Advantage
Bar (1g), 6oz. water
7:00pm
- 1 Atkins Basic #3 vitamin, 1 burger with pickles and
diced onions. No bun. (2g) 16oz. water.
9:00pm
- 1 Orthotricyclene tablet, 50mg Zoloft, 6oz. water
TOTAL
CARBS: 9g
TOTAL
WATER: 42oz.
Symptoms:
I feel very light-headed, cranky, and I am pouring sweat!
I hate this adjustment period. But it only lasts 3-4 days
and is well worth it.
