OK.
Here's my new idea. Since there is just too much carby
stuff in my cupboards, and being unemployed now for
6 months, I really can't afford to throw anything
away. I'm going to consume what's left and then start
fresh. I figure it should take me about a week to
devour all the high-carb stuff on my shelves. Then
I'll start fresh with low-carb foods.
My
father gave me a George Foreman grill for Christmas.
I've been eating burgers (with the bun, of course)
and I LOVE IT! I think it'll make things much easier
for me when I start up again. I can grill all kinds
of great stuff on it, and it only takes 4 minutes!
Zucchini sounds delicious. Burgers with onions. Mmmmm.
OK... now I feel inspired.
As
soon as I'm ready to go shopping again, then I will
begin. Economically, that's the way I have to do it
right now.
