220/140/120 : Format for writing Starting Weight / Current Weight / Goal Weight

BDK : Benign Dietary Ketosis

CCLM : Critical Carbohydrate Level for Maintenance

CH : CarbHealth

ECC : Effective Carbohydrate Count (net carb count after deducting for fiber and sugar alcohols.)

FAQ : Frequently Asked Questions

FMS : Fibromyalgia Syndrome (also written as Fibro.)

GTT : Glucose Tolerance Test

KISS : "Keep it simple, sweetheart" - eat whole, unprocessed foods and cut out things like protein bars, shakes, or other substitute foods. Back to the basics like fresh veggies, meats, fish.
