Chocolate Peanut Butter Squares

Serves 16

  • 7 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 3 ounces cream cheese -- softened
  • 2 tablespoons whipping cream
  • 4 packets sugar substitute
  • 3 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate squares
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 8 tablespoons whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 18 packets sugar substitute

Mix peanut butter, cream cheese, 2 tbsp. whipping cream, and 4 sugar substitute packets well and set aside.

Melt chocolate with butter in microwave. Stir in remaining whipping cream, vanilla, and sugar substitute packets. Spread half the chocolate mixture in bottom of well greased 8" pan. Spread peanut butter mixture on chocolate. Pour remaining chocolate on top.(microwave chocolate mixture slightly if necessary to pour.) Chill before cutting.
