Low Carb Chicken Parmesan

* Package of Purdue Short Cuts Chicken Breast - it's in a black rectangular box. I prefer the Italian Style myself.

Bag of Polly-O shredded Mozzarella (2 cups)
*
Tomato sauce (whatever you like).

This is really obvious, however you prefer to cook chicken, oven, microwave (if you're on the run). I heat the chicken, then generously spread the cheese on top, then cook just a bit more to soften up the cheese. I limit myself to 2-3 tablespoons of sauce on top to stay in carb limits, and voila.
