CHOCOLATE CRUMBLE

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups Splenda granular
3/4 cup Atkins Bake Mix
4 whole unsweetened baker's chocolate squares
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
3 eggs

Preparation: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter and chocolate in microwave for 2 minutes in LARGE mixing bowl. Stir until chocolate melts completely. Pour in Splenda and stir until smooth. Pour in eggs and vanilla and stir until well-blended. Add flour and mix until dough forms. Place dough in non-stick baking pan sprayed with Pam butter-flavor spray. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and serve immediately with fresh whipped cream on top.


** This recipe makes a terrific crust! Since it crumbles so well, use it like oreo cookies in a pudding pie.
