Cheescake
Ingredients:
16
ounce(s) Cream cheese
2/3 cup(s) Splenda
3 large Egg(s)
1 teaspoon(s) Almond extract
Topping:
1 teaspoon(s) Vanilla extract
3 tablespoon(s) Splenda
1 cup(s) Sour cream
PREPARATION:
Combine cream cheese (softened) eggs Splenda and Almond extract
in large bowl.Beat well.Pour into greased pan.Bake at 350°
for 30 minutes.Remove from oven and cool for 20 minutes.Mix
Vanilla extract sour cream and smaller portion of splenda
in small bowl and spread over pie.Bake an additional 10 minutes.Cool
at room tempeture at least 1/2 hour then place in fridge overnight.
The
eggs and Cream cheese combined is about 4 carbs.I am not sure
what the small amount of extracts add but maybe 1 or 2 at
the most. Now supposedly Splenda is not identified by the
body as a carb so the carb absorbtion should be minimal. I
cannot tell the difference between the recipe made with sugar
and the one listed here.It is awesome.Try it out
