Atkins Endulge Wafers
They taste like a sin but they weigh in as a delight! If you like the high-carb KitKat bar, you'll love these!
The label reads 15g carbs, but once the 8g sugar alcohols are deducted, and 3g fiber, you're left with only 4g impact carbs for this absolutely perfect candy. The chocolate coating is sweetened with Maltitol, which is known to produce a laxative effect if over-consumed. The inside is sweetened with Splenda. A must-have for your candy drawer.

Atkins Endulge Peanut Butter Cups
The Atkins folks sure know what they're doing when it comes to candy! If you're a fan of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, then brace yourself.... these are better!!! A definate must for peanut butter lovers.

Atkins Ready-to-Drink Shakes
Rich and creamy... best served VERY cold. The Vanilla flavor needed something extra, so I tried it in the blender with 2 unsweetened frozen strawberry chunks and it was fabulous! They also have a pre-made strawberry flavor, but I can't in good conscience recommend it to anyone. The chocolate flavor weighs in at only 2g effective carbs. It's packed with vitamins, minerals and it makes a great pre-meal snack to help fight hunger. I also like to use it to make heavier shakes (see my recipe in the beverages recipe section.) They sell it as a meal replacement, but some may find it isn't thick enough to be filling. This product can be purchased online at Netrition or at most grocery and healthfood stores.

Atkins Steak Sauce
This is even better than A1. It's thick, rich, and spicy! Dresses up steaks, meatloaf, hamburgers, and more. A plus for any low-carb kitchen. Atkins has done it right with this one! Available at CarbSmart, Low Carb Connoisseur, and Netrition.

Atkins Breakfast Bars
They appear to be an ordinary protein bar, but they have the texture of a thick cake. Very tasty and contain REAL blueberry pieces. At only 2g carbs per bar, they're a winner for taste and carb allotment. They can be purchased at CarbSmart, Low Carb Connoisseur, and Netrition. Additional flavors include Lemon Poppy Seed, Creamy Cinnamon Bun, and Cherry Almond Danish.

Atkins Bake Mix
Not something for everyone's shopping list. If you don't mind its saltiness and strange texture, go for it. We found this product to be too gritty and it had a remnant peanut flavor. Surely doesn't stack up to Aunt Pearl's Bake Mix, or Carbolite. If you want to try it anyway, it can be purchased at
Carbsmart, Low Carb Connoisseur, and Netrition.
