Hi, i'm Lori. I am starting SB again. I loved the diet and lost 25 pounds. Then I had surgery and let everything fall apart. I just did the 14 day phase one and blew it in phase two. I could really use some support to go through phase one again and show the will power I did the first go around. I have gained back 8 pounds and I refuse to buy bigger clothes! =) Tomorrow is Monday and the beginning of phase one again.

Never fear Lori, we're here to help. You've done this before, you'll do it again. Hang your largest sized clothing item on the front of the closet door so you see it first and last everyday for some additional incentive. Posts: 235 | From: Long Island, NY | Registered: May 2004

I hang a picture of myself at my heaviest on the fridge door. I write (because writing something down makes it an affirmation,) "I will NEVER be this fat again!!!" on it. It hangs right where I will see it when I reach for the fridge door handle. It works for me!!!!!!!!! It makes me more aware of my tendency to grab the wrong foods, and more aware of my love for myself that leads me to want a healthier life.
We're all here to help you. If at some point you are about to cheat, come sign on and write something... you can usually help yourself through it by journalling...and here you're likely to get a supportive response.

the picture is a great idea! I don't know if my family wants to look at that everyday but it might help me! =)I've been thinking of blending SB and weight watchers. What do you guys think? Too much thinking about food or what?

Noxzena is right, stick with one plan but if you want to "blend" two different plans, blend SBD and Atkins......I believe Weight Watchers allows too many carbs....can someone confirm this?.

The "fat" picture DEFINITELY has worked for me. I found the picture where I looked the absolute worst and it's still hanging on my fridge door today. LOL
