ARE their aney other recipie's for the South Beach Diet. I now their are other site's as i have found them. they slip off one of my other name's i go by. [EMAIL][/EMAIL]

There are very few South Beach web sites. I started to build one but didn't have much content for it. I plan to start building some more recipes of my own to post on it.
If you have any recipes to contribute, they would be GREATLY appreciated.

Tiffany, the email link on the main page of the southbeacheats.com website doesn't work.
I have several recipes and can always type up the ones right from the two books for those who don't have the book.
