Please help. I have been on a low carb diet for about 2 months and lost about 20 pounds first month. Now I can’t seem to lose any. I am a 6’ tall 350 pound man with a moderate to sedate life style. I an also type 2 diabetic with very bad ankles from childhood (doctor recommended ankle replacement). I haven’t dropped any weight for the last 4 weeks. My “typical” weekly meals include; Breakfast:
2 eggs and 3 pieces of bacon (maybe 2-3 times a week) 1 cup South Beach Cereal and ½ cup skim milk or apple other days
Lunch / Dinner: Applebee’s Buffalo wings (bone in no breading) with blue cheese dressing 1-2 times a week Barbecue pork 1-2 times a week Steak with salad and sweet potato 1 a week Unbreaded meat and green vegetables other days Snacks: Apples Grapes Plums. Drinks: 1 cup coffee @ breakfast Unsweet tea lunch Water all other times 4-5 1/2 liter bottles of water during day.
What am I doing wrong?

Everyone hits a spot where no matter what you do nothing changes. Exercise doesn't seem to be mentioned in your post. Do you do any at all? I know the ankle problems are probably preventing it. However, I was just in a temporary cast for quite some time. Created an exercise I could do while sitting down with my feet up off the floor. Even started do it at work, so easy it's silly. My desk chairs both at home and at work are on wheels and have a good back rest. I sit and do the twist with my feet up. Talk about a workout. 10 minutes here and there does a world of good.
As for the menu you posted - cut down on the fruit for snacks and go with nuts and veggies instead. To me it sounds like too much fruit. Low/non fat cheese would be good too. Barbeque pork - is there sauce and if so, what's in it? Same of the buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing.
