Hi,
I have been a dieting success for the past 2 1/2 years. I started with atkins and lost 91 lbs in just 8 months. I then went on to wieght watchers lost 20 lbs in a year. After that I just started going lo-fat n lo-cal. After dropping down to 130 (loosing 126lbs) i regained about 10 lbs. Im tryng to drop about 10-15 pounds with the south beach diet. Today is my 2nd day. I think I ate too many nutts. Then had to have cheerios. Im starting again tomorrow. I need help on what i can n cant have and the cals n fatt. Please help me

OK, first of all cheerios are a no no when you are on induction and I didn't eats nuts the first too weeks either. And once I did start eating them it was only a few. You only have a little bit to lose so it will probalby be harder than all the other weight you have already lost.

If you had such good luck with Atkins, may I ask why you don't use it again? I cn only take it that you just want to try South Beach. Did you read the book? The biggest mistake people make is trying to shortcut around reading the book to get the entire picture behind the "diet" of choice. I have friends on South Beach and they tried to explain it to me. After I read the book I got an entire new perspective and appreciation of the concept that none of my friends ever even mentioned.

I also suggest reading the book...and talking to your doctor is a good thing also.

Whether doing Atkins or South Beach..or whatever plan..I suggest getting the book and reading the book..that goes along with the plan.

The best success comes from being prepared
