I know we can have fat on this diet but I just got one of those George Forman grills and I love it. I have had Chicken about three times this week and hamburger twice and I am about to do Salmon. All you do is heat the grill spice your meat and cook. I add a few bell peppers and onions at the end it great.

Deb,
My parents gave me a George Foreman grill for Christmas and I absolutely love it too! Try thinly-sliced zucchini on it... it comes out really good.

I have one and love everything about it except cleaning it. Have you found an easy way to clean the darn thing??

I use a lightly soaped scrubby sponge and lots of water while the thing is still hot. Yes, I've burned a whole in the sponge doing this, and I get a ton of brown water all over my countertop, but the ends justifies the means. [Smile] I also oil it down before I put it away just to keep the non-stick surface moist until the next use. This seems to be helping when cleanup time comes.
