This is such a wonderful board and it is small enough to get some serious supportive weight loss work done here. I am saddened to find that people have stopped posting here. The board was down a week or so but it is back up now. Come on people and lets get this weight loss party started!!!

I've been coming in every day but haven't posted because there aren't enough people posting. I'll start now and hope that I get some answers. I agree, this is a nice board. I think it was down for more than a week though. Maybe people signed up elsewhere during that time.

The entire site in general has been losing momentum. I attribute this to the time of year. Spring fever has begun. I know I'd rather be out doing things in the fresh air than sitting at the computer.
Hope to see some of the regulars come back... we did have some good conversations going for a while. I apologize for the down0time we experienced, but we're good to go now.

I am still here. I haven't lost any more weight but I haven't gained and I still trying. That one person that said she lost 60 lb. since Feb how did she do that? I seam to only be losing 1 LB a week if that. I stand on my feet at work all day so I really don't fell like exercising could that be it? and I now I need to drink my water. I would like to see esveryone posting again to. I'll make a promise to try and post at least 2 a week. 230/220/150 Debbie

Debbie to answer your question how did i lose now 62 pounds since feb 1 of this year. I look at everything that is going in my mouth and make sure it says zero or under 5 carbs or I dont eat it I measure everything my half in half 1 Table spoon in the morning in my def coffee with no sugar sub. then I have my eggs usually 2 for breakfast then for lunch I have a tuna with mayo but watch and get the one with 0 carbs,some have sugar in them so look. For supper I have a meat of my choice with 1 cup of summer squash or a salad with a 0 carb dressing on it. Then I have lots and lots of water almost a gallon a day. Since I started this diet I have stayed in ketosis everyday and I check it so I know if I have done something wrong. Sometimes the colors have dropped down by two colors but I think it is due to the amount of water im drinking. I see the inches still coming off so im not going to worry. Mary, you don't use any sugar sub not even Splenda I use that in my coffee. I only drink a half a cup and pour the rest out. I have to be at work at 7 and just need that little boost. I also don't eat any thing till about 9 just because I am not hungry. could this be one of the reasons I am losing slow? Thanks again for your advise. Debbie
