To update some of you on how I have been doing. Started the diet on Febuary 1 of this year,so far I have lost 60 pounds. Lots of inches and starting to look great. This is going to be my last time I will ever have to do this again,im staying on the atkins and im never going to stray I have found that I dont even want the other foods anymore. When I go to the store I dont even go to where the old one are. I go to the veggies and meats and cheese and I find it very comforting to know that I dont even want them. For Easter I made the big dinner the kids were coming home and hubby and I didnt even want to eat like they were we had the ham and veggies and in the coleslaw I put the mayo in and I didnt like it much so I put a little bit of my flavored water in it wow what a difference very good it was Good luck to all

Tiff. I stick to the diet right to the tee.I try to use 0 carb dressing on salads. I eat meat,fish,chicken,cheese. When I have a salad I have about 1 cup. I try to eat tuna at least 4 times a week. Lots and lots of water. I dont have any diet soda. I do have the flavored water but the one with sucralose in it. And up to this point I havent did any excersing but im going to try. I have spinal stenosis so it is limited to what I can do. I do read labels and dont put anything in my mouth that has very many carbs. I try to stay around 15 to 20. Hope this has answer your question. And one more thing I do go to a weight loss support chat room everyday. There we are all doing the same thing. Losing or have lost weight and trying to support others. Belive me that is what is keeping me going. The chat room I go to is the yahoo weight loss room. Good work Mary!!! I'm too impressed with your committment. I don't cheat or eat processed food either. I wish I could get your results though. It took me over 7 months to lose 69 pounds and that is with exercising 6 days a week. You have a super metabolism! I love it.
