hi flower, Sorry I have had a hard time to get in this room. But to answer your question I try to stay as low as I can I do eat some carbs,but I do stay around 10 to 15 I try to eat mostly meat,and chicken, I seemed to lose better with the meat, I do have some green salad but they are small and I use a 0 carb dressing. The only thing that I have noticed is my keto stick don't change color if I drink the flavored water. I don't know why it has no carbs. But everytime I drink it I have problem. So now I stay with the plain water and lots of it. Good luck to you flower :p

Sorry it took me so long to get back to all of you who were so kind as to answer my post. Thank goodness we are up and runing again.
I don't eat cheese everyday since it tends to stall me if I over indulge by eating it everyday and using it for a quick snack. I eat as many eggs a day as I want. There is no limit and they are a good source of protien and fat, all good stuff. I count my carbs everyday but I want to share an article with you that might be able to explain a few other things for those of us who might run into this kind of problem.
