I'm truley sorry I haven"t been in a couple of days but I promise I will stop in each day for now on. Sounds like averyone is doing a great job. Let me tell you about the scallops it must be ok I didn"t change the color of the stick at all. I try it to make sure and I"ve stayed to the top I have one more color to go. I too dont seems to lose as many pounds as I do the inches. I really dont care how much I weigh just want to look like I way 130. Again I will say this is the easiest one I have ever been on lots of food and not hard to stay on. You can eat almost anywhere if you just look and see what is there to eat. The only thing that I need to do is to drink more water. If im home it is easy, but if I go off for the day its really to hard have to go pee all the time.

Hi Mary,
I know it is hard drinking water when you are out but think of it as everytime you flush the tollet you are flushing the fat away! I now grin everytime I flush.

Hello all, hope everyone is haveing a great day. Today was my weigh in day and I have lost another 5 pounds, making it a total of 35 pounds since Febuary 1 of this year. If anyone else can tell me about a dessert besides sugar free jello. That is very low carbs please let me know I did write down the cheesecake one but it will be a while before I can have that one. Still trying to stay as low carb as I can. Until I get where I want to be.

Hello meddie, nice to meet you. The only thing I haven"t been able to do is to hit the last color on the keto strip. But I will tell you some of the foods that I eat. For breakfast I have a atkins protein shake,or I have 2 eggs with bacon. For lunch I have anykind of meat with a salad (small) cup of tea(def.) For dinner I have anykind of meat, chicken, fish, and a salad(small)and I did find a 0 carb dressing to use on them. I have sugar-free jello if I have a need for something sweet. But maybe only once a week. I see the inches just melting away real fast.My husband really notice it everyday,he tells me that im doing so good. You get his book, and stay right with the free foods and im sure you will see the same thing happening to you. Hope to chat with you again. So you can tell me that it is working for you the same way. Dont give up,stay with it im sure you will be glad you did.If you want I will give you my icq number and we can help each other out.Just let me know. Hang in there hun.

Hi Mary,
I've been doing the LC thing for quite a long time now. It's just that I don't stick with it. I know all the right foods to eat, how to cook them, etc. etc., but I always revert to my "old ways". I was just curious to see if you were doing anything different. Maybe limiting the SF jello or legal snacks to once a week would be a good start for me. And....as a note, most people say that you don't want to get to the darkest shade of your stix as that could mean that you're not hydrated enough. Any show of color is fine. Keep up the good work!!
