Here is what I know.HTH
1,000 calories a day, with 75 - 90 % fat.
Each one of these meals contain 200 calories. Feel free to eat one meal, 5 times a day.
*1 ounce of macadamia nuts
*2 ounces of cream cheese or Brie.
*1 ounce of tuna/chicken salad w/ 2 tsp of mayo served in
1/4 of an avocado.
*2 deviled eggs made w/ 2 tsp of mayo
*2 ounces of sour cream and 2 TBSP of black/red caviar.
*2 and 1/2 ounces whipped heavy cream topped w/ sucralose
zero calorie syrup
*2 ounces of pate (check fat content)
*2 egg yolks (hard boiled) with 1 TBSP of mayo

Each one of these meals contain 300 calories. Feel free to eat one meal, 4 times a day.
*2 ounces of beef chuck (do not drain the fat) cooked in
2 TBSP of olive oil.
*2 scrambled eggs w/ 2 slices of nitrate free bacon.
*2 TBSP of full fat sour cream w/ 1 TBSP of sugar-free syrup.
*1/4 cup chicken/tuna salad made w/ 2 TBSP of mayo.
*3 ounces of pate (check fat content)
*1 and 1/2 ounces of macadamia nuts.

I mix and match, not going over the 1,200 calories a day. Drink atleast 64 ounces of water, cause you WILL BE in ketosis and you want to get rid of those KETONES!!!!!
