well I am already in my 2nd week of induction and I have achieved somewhat a levell of Ketosis ( the dark pink on my ketostix) but I have been drinking coffee and I also drink crown and diet coke the other night....I just read the book yesterday and saw that that was a no no during induction ...even though I have not went out of ketosis (at least I don't think) should I start all over again or just go from here and be good from now on?

I personally wouldn't. Some people continue to drink diet sodas (non-diet-rite) and they do fine...others stall.

As long as you're still dark purple, you're fine!

It is not a diet
it is a healthy life style to me. Diets and me don't do well. I love shrimp fix in oven
or boil with herbs. If I want a hamburger I
fix a veggie burger or ground chicken breast.
I have lite 7 grain bread just about daily.
Tuna is great and I love to have egg beaters
with cheese or with tomatoes & onions and
bell peppers. I have a coke float nightly
made with diet soda and sugar free ice cream.
I have lots of green vegs. I do low carb bars alot if I want something in the mid afternoon, I found out I eat a lighter evening meal when I have that bar.I love to
eat so I keep changing my food around so it isn't boring. It has worked for me so I just
take my days one at a time. I only weigh once a week and for the 6 months I have always seen a drop in my weight weekly or once or twice I stayed the same that week. I
don't go off my program for nobody cause I
have been treating myself with TLC and I feel
good about myself and I have learned if I
don't care about myself to stay healthy than
I am the loser. Life is great so enjoy it the
healthy way!
