WooHooooooosssh!
Hi everyone! I just wanted to update you! My diet was very low in carbs...I ate mainly eggs for breakfast, salad with grilled chiken for lunch and roast beef or chicken for dinner. That hadn't changed so I am wondering if my body just adjusted to the 20g of carbs. I ended up doing the "controversial" fat fast yesterday. It wasn't easy, but I lost 2.5 pounds overnight, and I am DEFINITELY in ketosis. (I stink AND my sticks are pink again!) I am going to do it today as well and then probably return to induction. I would also like to tell everyone that I became and aunt last night! WooHoo again!

Tiff, I don't think you are suppose to have
those bars on Induction. I think you are suppose to stick to the food list in the book. As far as the tea does it say decaff
on the box because it it dosn't it might have caffine in it. How many serving of veg are you eating. (3 cups of salad or 2 cups, and
2/3 of veg a day on induction)

Well flower that could just be why I havent lost as much weight b/c I have been eating those bars just b/c they say low carb guess that wasn't enough as far as the tea it doesnt say decaf but I went to the store and bought some and made sure it was this time..okay!!! I feel like im really getting somewhere now and that makes a world of difference b/c I was so flusterated and couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong...thanks!
