Hi there everyone,

I was reading Heather's post and that encouraged me to sign up. I have been doing induction for 10 days, I am showing only a trace of ketones and absolutely no weight lose. I am down to just eating protein and eliminated the cheese and salads, this is what got me into trace ketones. I am very frustrated right now. The only thing that keeps me going is that there is an 8 inch reduction over certain body areas. Is there a place to get a menu plan for the 2 weeks that is inexpensive to follow?????????

Hi Yankee.

I used to have an induction menu planner on the site but people thought it was too unhealthy (since I'm a pepperoni & cheese lover.)

Here's the link... use this plan at your own discretion. Just because it works for me doesn't mean it's good for you.

http://www.e-clipse.com/menuplanner.htm

By the way... it's formatted with the template of my old site design..so please don't use the drop-down menu, as addresses have changed. If you'd like to navigate the Carbhealth site, start at http://www.carbhealth.com.

You can also see what I eat during induction in my journal which is listed on the left sidebar of this page.

Thanks!

I am also a pepperoni and cheese lover. I can't seem to take the atkins bars though. It is nice to have a couple of example menus for people to see. Atkins also has some in his book. Alot of people post their menu's daily, partly as a reminder and partly for other people's benefit. Feel free to post yours. I must say that I think the cheapest things are eggs, canned tuna and chicken...things like that. You don't always have to buy a roast.
