Hi Flower! I myself don't eat pancakes, but several people here at work swear by the pancake recipe on the Atkins Bake Mix box! I am also told that you can thin the batter out, to make a crepe type thing and use it like a tortilla! The bake mix is pretty expensive but I used it to make peanut butter cookies for my friends last night. Heather

I'm not a big fan of Atkins stuff. I absolutely love the pancake recipe on the Carbolite Zero-Carb Bake Mix canister. I'd highly recommend them!

Tiffany were do I get the pancake mix from. I went out yesterday and purchased the atkins mix. I didn't like them at all. They taste like medicine.

Hi Flower. Carbolite products are usually only found online. If you go into the "Shopping" link on the sidebar to the left, then low-carb foods, CarbSmart has the best price on Carbolite products (and most other products, for that matter.) It may seem pricey but it's a big canister and lasts a while! And worth it.. especially if you add melted butter to the recipe.

I just found out that CarboLite has intoroduced a dedicated maple flavor pancake mix!!!! let me get further details and then I'll let you know where to find it.
