Just wanted to let you all know I drink lots of water. More than 72 oz per day, plus any tea or diet rite. I am swimming in water! I spend half the day in the bathroom! Luckily, I love ice water, and we have bottled water, so it's no problem getting enough. By the way, had a semi-WHOOSH today of about 4 lbs.! Unfortunately, gotta miss the workout tomorrow, as we have our tax appointment in the morning. But this WOE is working (slowly) and it's so easy to live with! Good luck to all of us. I haven't been drinking nearly as much water as I should. For some reason, I've just not been enjoying it this past week. The first week, I was drinking quite a bit... but now I'm bored with it.
Even tried to have some Lipton Cold Brew iced tea in it and I still didn't like it.
But of course, everything tastes different this week.

I can relate to the water problem. I have gotten to the point that I can't drink it cold-has to be room temp for me. Everyday I take 4 bottles 16 ozs each and set them all over my store where I think I will be during the day. I found out I will pick up a bottle and sap on it if one is handy. My customers at work says I always have a bottle in my hand and I tell them it flushes me out and maybe some of the meanness in me too so I can always smile at them. Anyway it is working for me.
