So I'm following strict atkins. I've had great luck with this diet before. This time I incorporated excercise. I bike 5-10 miles a day, which takes 30 minutes to an hour. I've also been doing some strength training. The keto-strips are dark. I'm not even eating too much cheese, to avoid hidden carbs. I haven't been using any of the atkins products either. Just protein, fat, limited veggies, and a small amount of cheese.
Why am I not losing? What can I do?
Help please!

I would suspect the same thing. If you are strength training, then you are building up your muscles which will mean you will gain weight. I would do more cardio workouts that will help you burn fat without building up muscle mass.
