hello,

I hope everyone is doing great...im new here and i have been doing atkins since a month and two weeks after i lost 14 pounds my brother and friends and other family members joined in..

however my stall is really weird ive been stalled for two weeks and my sticks wont go even pink im not losing inches and im still constipating...

i dont get it im still on 20 grams and even less.

but i dont exercise.. i know i have the time and everything but its hard to exercise in my country..its so hot outside and i have to drive for 20 minutes to get to the gym...i might get the taeobo dvd's..

lol..chatter box..

i cant wait to here all of your replies.

thank you for support people...your making a huge difference in our lives
