Hi! I'm a brand new member, and I have a question.

I've been on the Induction diet for 11 days, and I've lost 8.5 lbs. I'm wondering if other people weigh every day or on a set schedule? Pros and cons?

I weigh every day and was a bit frustrated this morning to see a pound had returned with no change in diet from me. Weird? Standard fluctuation?

Thank you for your feedback! [Smile]

If the scale is what keeps you going you can weigh everyday. But if 1 pound is going to make you feel you have done something wrong, maybe you should not. Several things can factor into your scale reading a 1 pound weight gain. More importantly than the scale is how your clothes are fitting and how your body is looking.
