Hi
I'm about to start the Atkins way of life for the second time this time I hope I get it right...My problem at the moment is I love my coffee and when I have one I have to have 1 sugar What is the best sugar to have...wish me luck

I am a fan of Stevia powder but there are several kinds. I prefer the one without any added carbs. Look at the labels. I don't like the green powder (natural) Stevia because it doesn't taste as good to me as the white and don't like the Stevia Plus which has carbs. Packets have cellulose (carbs). Plain white powder is available almost everywhere but read labels carefully. I buy it in bulk at the health food store but they sell smaller containers too.
