I have been training for about 3 1/2 months with the goal of 7-8% body fat and some muscle gain. I have been following a CKD (ketogenic diet) for a while now. I would love some feedback on my progress. I have everything listed here.

Please let me know what you guys think. Good or bad, I can take it.

Thanks,

Scott

I am very impressed with the website Scotty. Your menus look very good (except for the one-time frosted cereal!). I would suggest dumping the iceberg lettuce in favor of a darker green leafy, like romaine or spinach. Are you also keeping track somewhere of any vitamins you may be taking and are you drinking a sufficient amount of water? Also, I assume you are keeping in mind that with the muscle gain the weight loss may actually stop at some point, if not actually increase? Reminder to everyone reading this - muscle weighs more than fat so if you lose fat and gain muscle you actually weigh more - but in a good way. It's wonderful that you are being so dedicated to your goal and keeping great records. Be sure you don't become obsessed (I actually liked seeing that one day that you fell off the wagon. I personally don't feel it is good to develop a "tunnelvision" mentality. It defeats the purpose of what you are trying to do because it eventually gets boring to most people and that's where the problems start.)

I haven't been over here to the CarbHealth Forums lately but I just wanted to pop in and thank you guys for checking out my progress. I've still got a little work to do to get down to 7% body fat but I'm moving toward that goal.

Talk to you soon.

Scotty
