I have taken a short hiatus from low carbing. I am going to start back on Atkins phase one on Monday.
Now, I need to get my food plan together here. I seem to get in a rut with this, in other words, it's like I am eating the same foods over and over and over again which sort of discourages me. I also cannot eat a lot of cheese due to the fact that I am lactose intolerant. So I need ideas for diversity in the menu!
