Headache and nausea in induction

I was wondering if there is any way to avoid the headache and nausea during the first 2 or 3 days.

You are the first person I've seen mention headache and nausea. Your post leads me to believe you haven't started yet on Atkins. Or have you tried before and had this happen?

hi I notice you posted your question a while ago, but I just wanted to tell you, each time I enter the induction phase (I have done it many times) I also get really bad headaches and feel generally ill.. I look at it as my carb withdrawal....it happens for the first few days each time, and I have not yet found a solution other than just pushing through it.
