Can you post your average daily intake and typical diet that you have lost on?
I will start:
Breakfast: 2 eggs and 2 strips of bacon
Lunch: Salad with lettuce, meat, cheese, oil and vinegar with italian seasoning
Dinner: Meat of sort (roast, chicken, steak) and a salad with ranch or oil and vinegar or asparagus with butter
Snacks: SF Jello with heavy whipped cream or celery with cream cheese or a piece of no sugar ham and cheese.

breakfast - coffee with cream and splenda 2 scrambled eggs with cheese and green pepper 4 slices of thin bacon or 2 pieces of sausage snack - cheese stick lunch - 1 can of tuna with pickles and hellmans mayo snack- cheese stick dinner - steak tips, and cauliflour mash. (like mashed potatoes with butter and sour cream). and a side salad with cucumbers and lite olive oil/lime juice dressing (home made) Lots of water.
