hello, this is my 2nd week tring to lose wieght..need to drop 40.I have only lost 3lbs in the last 2 weeks.This is not my first time trying the atkins diet..the first 2 times i lost an average of 5 to six pounds per week.The only thing different i am doing is walking everyday at least 1 mile. Any advice will be appreciated.

The walking might be adding muscle... counteracting the effect on the scale, but slimming you down anyway.
Also - are you drinking diet soda or eating frankenfoods? Stay with the BASICS for a few weeks to see if it makes a difference. And drink TONS of water.

Add walking to your daily routine. Go walk in the mall if it is to hot outside, thats what i do or either go to the Wal Mart and walk around the store for about four or five times before you do any shopping...I call it my Wal Mart work-out
