Hi everyone. I just found your site. i want to know where do I start. I only have to loose about 15 lbs. I know it may not seem much to many of you but it means a lot to me.
With the lack of energy & motvation it so hard to know what to do. I have a husband that I have to fatten up because of an illness but unavoidably I eat what I make for him. I know it sounds like a cop out but
being two seniors it's hard not eating what in the house. can you offer any sugesstions?

I totally agree.. there is no substitute for reading the book.. It is a small investment.. around 7 dollars for paperback.. or your local library should have it.. if not they can order it for you..
