Hello All!!..
Meddie and Jacksyn I think your menu's look great.. Here's mine from yesterdayBreakfast:
2 eggs (fried in pam cooking spray)
3 sausage patties
Lunch:
1 small can of tuna w/ 1 Tbsp mayo
13 pork rinds
Snack:
4 ounces cheese curds
Supper:
2 medium boneless/skinless chicken breasts fried in 3 Tbsp butter w/parsley
I also had 3 cups of coffee.. YIKES..
I know I lacked the veggies yesterday, but I wanted to keep my carbs down, so for supper i opted for the chicken instead of salad..
I am on my 7th day of induction.. ONE WEEK in.. LOL.. My ketostix are becoming lighter and lighter colored.. I am STILL in ketosis.. but just not as much??
I supose its the coffee that might be doing it.. I guess I'll try switching to half and half (half reg/half decaf).. maybe that will be enough!..
I still haven't noticed anything on the scale.. but getting over my TOM.. soooo who's to say there hasn't been a change yet. I STILL haven't measured myself yet.. at first I couldn't bring myself to do it.. (ignorance is bliss, right??) but then when i finally decided .. i couldn't find my measurer!!.. eeks.. I'll have to buy one the next time I am out.
And hello to you Mazda.. nice seeing you here too.. we've run into eachother at Atkinsfriends right?? There are soo many boards out there.. with so much information, i find myself sittin in front of this computer taking it in more and more. And that kind of defeats the purpose right?? LOL
