hii all!! well about a month ago i started the low carb diet, and i lost about 7 to 9 lbs,i also work out everyday do cardio for about 1 1/2 hours a day, and drink plenty of water, well im having some problems, my weight goes up and down it goes from 141 to 144 and it really pisses me off because ive been so strict with this diet and ive been working my butt off .it just takes soo long for me to lose even a pound! i know i am losing but it takes soo long . well my question is is this normal? or am i just being too inpatient??

You are not being patient. What you are losing is normal. Alot of times people will lose a little more than that the first month and then they will start to slow down and get discouraged and quit... DON'T.
I have been on this since November 2nd and have lost a little over 60 lbs. It came off fast at first and then slowed down... but I'm sticking with it.

Hang in there and you will see it off in time for a new bikini [Smile]
