This discribes me to a "T". I am 4ft 8in tall, female and weigh 129 lbs. I know...but I have been on a low fat diet as of 11/16/06 and have lost ONLY 6.8 pounds and 15.5 inches with daily exercise! I want a faster weight loss and I hear you can get it using Atkins...Is this true? I just stated atkins this morning..I have visions floating in front of my eyes like a chocolate dipped medium vanilla ice cream cone....oh no,,there goes a donut! Help!
