Does anyone know if it's ok to take Benefiber while on Atkins? I saw they want you to take psyillum (sorry for the misspelling!) husks for constipation but I haven't had good luck finding those. Just wondering if anyone else has taken Sugar Free Benefiber or Citrucell?

I took Benefiber and it was fine. Psyllium made me way too gassy and pained.
