Hey there Marina!!
I think I've probably told you mine, but for everyone else, I layer cream cheese, salsa and mozz. cheese in a pie plate and either bake till bubbly or microwave for a minute. This is great to dip pork rinds in, buy Marina, since you're sick of them, try dipping celery in it. It's sooooo good!!

I like the string cheese. I also like to buy the lc deli-ham and turkey, have them slice it thin, and make role ups with cheese. I keep those on hand. I also like to have develed eggs on hand. Spam, sliced thin, fried with Pam, with sprinkled cheese on top is great. I also like the ham and bacon Spam done the same way. My son likes the vienna sausages. I'm not crazy about them. I keep salad stuff and meets in my fridge at all times. When my cravings get too bad. I up my natural foods (meat and veggies) and go down on all the other legal stuff (processed meats, cheeses, salad dressings, etc.). For me, personally, this helps. I also have started keeping my tv off...as the tv setting was one that would trigger thoughtless eating and binging. I also am making it a point to stay extremely busy.

Tiff,

Hi... we have the same name!

Did you know that there are substitue ice creams out there fir when you're done with the induction phase? I highly recomend staying AWAY from the Keto Ice Cream as I hear it's disgusting, as is a lot of their stuff (except the banana bread!)

Carbolite makes a mix that you add heavy cream and water to and freeze right in it's container. It's delicious!!!!! It's 6g of carbs per serving, so definately not for induction.

I'm with PencilPusher... I LOVE string cheese. I found an all-natural marinara sauce at Stop & Shop called "Frank's" and it only has 1g carbs per 1/2 cup!!! So I use it for dipping my string cheese.

Another snack idea is fried pepperoni..it's very filling and I find it quite satisfying. I buy a stick and make 1/2" thick slices, put them on paper towels and fry in microwave for 1 minute. They come out chewy, can be eaten with your hands, and are no carbs (if you get the right pepperoni.)

I still find that the microwave Parmesan cheese chips are good in a pinch. Just make a mound of parmesan cheese on a plate and microwave for 60 secs. They harden up and become a chip! (We tried with a parm mix but it didn't harden! So I stick with pure parm...and no carbs!)
