I had previously lost 27lbs on the Atkins Diet. I have been off the diet for about 8 months now and have gained back 10lbs. I went to the doctor's recently and found out that as my weight increase, my blood pressure goes up. I am now on the diet not to just look good, but for health reasons as well. Now I have a total of 22lbs to lose. I am determined to reach my goal. My stats are 173/157/135. I just read some of the postings here. It is very encouraging and helpful. I wish you all luck in obtaining your weight goal!
