How many grams of fat or protein should I consume a day when on this diet, and I'm not active

You should eat sufficient protein and fat to fill you up. The important thing is to limit your carbs to 20g a day and to get most of those from fresh vegies on the acceptable list.
Scary isn't it, I spent years trying to lose weight on low fat diets, but never again. While I'm not losing weight really quickly (14 lbs since end of May), I am feeling heaps more energetic and food actually tastes great.My hair and skin are in much better condition and I am getting far less stressed at work.

Hi there... I agree with Dragon. but remember to make those fats count and choose healthy natural fats over trans fats and animal fats. I also find my skin (I have exema) clears up within about one month of doing Atkins.
