Hi, I've been making a desert by mixing Jello Nutra-Sweet sweetened pudding mix and heavy whipping cream and I really have a time with aspartane(very sensitive). I thought maybe I could come up with about the same desert by mixing unsweetened cocoa and Splenda (worth a try?) but I've no idea what amounts to use these ingredients - any ideas out there?

Not sure how much Splenda you'd use. Try a little at a time and see when it starts to taste right.
Did you know Carbolite makes a chocolate mousse mix? You add heavy cream and water... it's delicious! (though a bit sweet.) Check CarbSmart in the shopping section for the best price on it.

Hi Tiffany, Thanks much for the reply. I checked the two sites listed as carrying the Carbolite chocolate mix; one said not available and the other stated "no longer manufactured" or something to that effect. Do you have any other brand name recommendations?
