Nuts, cheeses, veggies such as broccoli spears, celery sticks, natural nut butters, olives, sliced turkey, low fat ham slices ...there is a section in the forum which lists different things also......I've found it to be helpful in the past....there is a string for each item, beverages, meats, snacks.......hope this helps....and welcome to the group.

mmm dubh's reply made me hungry! But I agree...I LOVE Blue Diamond smokehouse almonds. 2 carbs per 1 oz and they are good. Also, I like broccli / celery and I like to get spinich dip to dunk them in. The dip (sold pre-made at most food stores) is about 2 carbs.

If you are craving sweets, I love sugarfree jello (with cool whip). enjoy!

One of my fave snacks is diced mozzarella with extra virgin olive oil and sliced black olives. It's very filling!

I also like salad made of baby spinach, with Carb Options 0-carb Italian dressing, and pine nuts sprinkled on top.
