I started atkins in aug and lost weight, went off the diet for 4 days (went carb crazy with fruits and nuts), became really bloated, then started atkins right after the 4 days. I have about 10 lbs. to lose, but i haven't lost any since re-starting 2 wks ago! I exercise 3-4X a week (i'm in induction), but my stomach is continuously VERY bloated and I feel so frustrated about that. My stomach was flat as a board the first time i started atkins and now it's constantly bloated. Any advice??

No, I haven't. I'm definitely in ketosis. I thought it might be a food tolerance, though I don't have any other symptoms besides bloating, so I'm trying to stop eating cheese for a bit. I don't know what else it could be. Too much salt? Eggs?

You just touched on a good point when you mentioned food intolerance.
Yeast overgrowth in the intestinal tract can cause bloating. Since you went on a fruit fest for a few days, it's quite possible you overfed the yeast. They love fruits. They live in the intestines naturally, but an overabundance of their favorite foods can cause them to rapidly multiply and get out of hand.
If this is the case, then you may also be bloated because when you went back on the diet, you started starving them of their food source.... sugar. The bloat may be from their dying off as well. It may take some time to detox from that. Be sure to drink tons of water to help out.
(Of course, check with your doctor. Bloating in the stomach/abdomen could be something more serious. Ask if it's possible you have a yeast overgrowth, also known as Candida Albicans.)
In the interim, I'd try cutting out eggs for a few days and see if it helps. Eggs feed yeast as well.
And by the way... to everyone reading... this is not just a problem for women. Men too have yeast living in their intestine. A lot of people overlook yeast because they think of it as "yeast infections." This is a totally different situation related to the digestive system.
