I started the atkins diet not to long ago and so far so good! I just don't know any guys on the atkins diet. I thought maybe it was a chick diet or somethin'. But it seems to be working so what the hell! I think there is going to be a new atkins dvd out in october. I'm sure you can get it from walmart.com. I'm thinkin' about checking it out what do you guys think?

No, Atkins is not a chick diet......my dad was on it when it first came out and it helped him big time. Glad the diet is working for you. What is this DVD supposed to be about?

That's great about your dad. ( : The dvd looks like Dr. Atkins himself is on it talking about how the diet works and how to use it in your everyday life. That's what I got from the description on walmart's site at least: wal-mart.com - If you want to take a look.

I've been on the Atkins diet since February 2003. Since then I have lost 70 pounds, my blood pressure, triglycerides, cholesterol all improved dramaticly. I now weigh less than when I graduate high school in 1970. It is not a "chick diet" lol.

I am a guy, im 29, and im on Atkins diet! I dont see it as a "chick" diet...or even as a "diet". I see it as a lifestyle for anyone! Now...the late Dr. Atkins himself was a guy..remember that! Good luck on your new lifestyle!
